Couple of the Month!

Here's how it'll work: Raven and I will choose a couple or possible relationship from each clan(including the Druids). We will post a thread in the Chatting board with information about each couple and you, the members, shall decide which one you think deserves it this month. Please don't vote for a relationship because one of the characters are yours, but judge more on: which is more realistic, which is more likely to succeed, which is "cuter", which you think deserves most to be together, ect.

At this point, I'm not sure what the winners'll get. (Perhaps a signature of the two of them for the roleplayers to use. But that's only once I get my laptop w/ GIMP back.)

Ready for June's CotM? Here are this months couples: Wolf/Sun for TealClan, Phantom/Hawk for RavineClan, Snow/Wind for the Druids, and Tawny/Night for CherryClan (yeah, I know he's dead. But there really aren't any other relationships in CherryClan, and you've got to admit, it is a neat 'ship.)

Sunstreak x Wolfstep- This relationship really started when the clans finally arrived in Taragoff after the Journey. Wolfkit, the son of Eveningrain and Inkpool, was deeply upset after a CherryClan warrior had died saving him along the Journey. Sunpaw, born outside of the clans, was his father's apprentice. She always was a bright and cheery she-cat, and it was only a matter of time before he fell for her. When she became a warrior and he an apprentice, they grew farther apart, though. Wolfpaw became awkward around her, and Sunstreak couldn't understand what had changed between them. Now both warriors, Wolfstep still isn't sure how to make his feelings known, but it's obvious they both like eachother a great amount.

Phantomsun x Hawkshadow- They met and fell for eachother long before the Journey began. But did they really have the chance to confess their feelings for eachother before the foxes attacked and the clans had to flee their homes. The Journey put a strain on many relationships, but this one in particular. Phantomsun became RavineClan's deputy, feeling she had to keep up a strong, stoney facade. Hawkshadow couldn't understand why she suddenly acted different around him. Out hunting for the first time in Taragoff, the two finally admitted to eachother how much they loved one another. Both now have apprentices and lots of responsibilities, but that doesn't stop them from taking the time to spend some quality time together.

Snow x Wind- Made into Rangers the same winters as each other, the two quickly chose to become mates. But they didn't really know one another and it was very awkward at first. Wind was a very quiet tom who had no experience at all with she-cats. Snow was equally as quiet with equally as little experience with toms. But when they went out hunting for the first time together, they relaxed and acted like themselves around each other. It wasn't long at all before they truely did love eachother. And kits didn't hurt the relationship at all. Now a happy family, the two still love each other immensely.

Tawnystone x Nightstar- They grew up together. Her brother was his best friend. But there was something special between the two of them. It never really mattered that he was a warrior and she a medicine cat. On the night of his warrior vigil, she went out to speak with him, and something definitely changed between them. He worked hard and eventually became a fine leader of CherryClan. Who would be suspicious if a leader spent alot of time with his medicine cat? When she gave birth to a single kit, the line was crossed. Such a kit could never be raised as what she was- a leader and medicine cat's kit. She was left in RavineClan's territory and raised there (you may know her now as Goldenwing). In one of the first battles that raged over the old territories, Nightstar lost his life (all of them, actually). Now separated completely, it doesn't stop the two of them from missing eachother. Nightstar always watches Tawnystone from StarClan.

Mmkay...after much thought and deliberation, I have come up with my vote for this month´s CotM.

Here is why:

This couple has always struck me as sweet, if a little bit mismatched. They have always been doomed from the start but have never let it hinder their love for each other, and their undying devotion for each other. This is one of my favorite couple´s, and so I vote for them with a hearty hoorah!

As much as I really want to vote for Hawkshadow/Phantomsun, I've decided against voting for my own charrie, even though their relationship is adorable XD.

So I'm going with Snow x Wind.

I like them because even though they were kind of one of those arranged things (even if it was their own choice, they went into it with pretty much no feelings for each other) and still came out loving each other. There are few loves like that in the world, and I commend them for being able to learn to love each other

I think it's great how they have problems and they are still willing to work them out. Too many relationships these day call it quits because they are unwilling to do any work to be with each other. They just expect the perfect relationship to fall in their lap. But it takes time and commitment and they show that ^ ^

I place my vote for Sunstreak x Wolfstep because they're just SO cute. ^^ I love how they act around each other, mostly so shy and such, and there's a bond that's forming slowly over time, which leaves room to believe that they'll make a happy couple and family soon.

I was originally gonna go for NightxTawny, but I figured that although they're pretty interesting and such, it's also against the warrior code and cats go against it too often. xD Sun and Wolf is just plain cuter - being all shy with each other and such - and it sorta reminds me of CinderxComet. Bwhaha. xD
