The title says it all. So..I think that something needs to be done about this. I fully understand that people have lives outside of warriors rp, I do as well. However, with the lack of new joining members and that many of our current members are also busy, sometimes this site goes days without posts.

And I love this site, really I do. I joined because of the literacy and people in the first place, not to mention the wonderful bios. I have been trying my best to help out, whether that be post or advertise. I feel like sometimes I am even trying harder then some of the older members. But I'm not sure what else I can do. I've always kind of been the outsider to your close knit group and all my posting in the world does nothing if people don't respond, whether it be because they are busy, or I just don't command the same attention as another member.

So I'm at a loss at this point... but I don't think there is anything I can do about it. I guess I could leave, but I'd rather not. I still think there is alot of potential here, but if people are not willing to step up, then I dunno

Please don't take any of this personal, especially not you Dark. I know you work countless hours and I applaud your efforts. Thanks for roleplaying with me , it's just what I see and I have nothing against any of you guys

I know how much this place means to you, Wazo. It means so much to me, too... I just wish others would show how much they care about it, too...

I can't help but think back on the early days of the Dawn Clans... When Stormeh was on more than I was, when Blue posted more than anyone else... Sure, even Raven was a fairly new member, but it was active and going places... -sigh- Oh, how things have changed.

The hard part is I guess...I feel like I've tried so hard to keep going, to keep posting, to keep advertising, but it hasn't really done much. I still feel a little bit on the outside, even now, which makes it harder to interact too I suppose

I don't know what this clan needs to get new members, I suppose, it needs to get active, no complete strangers will join a dead site, or open up some leadership roles which will entice people. Perhaps even start deleting inactive members...

I'm not willing to give up, but I can't do it alone

A few ideas...

1. Start the gathering
2. figure out something for BrookClan, whether it be an attack or coming back to the other clans, or what
3. Interaction between Druids and Clans, perhaps a druid apprentice could meet a clan one, become friends, etc, or a fight, or whatever
4. Start one on one roleplaying. That why, even if someone isn't responding and is holding up the larger roleplay, people have something to do and we look active

Ah Wazo...your right. It's so obvious how hard you try. I mean...I try to be active and be a good member and such, but...I think you have been trying harder then me lately^^.

I guess I gotta start doing first is advertising more. To be honest, I kinda slowed down on that lately X.x'. As for helping around with this actual site...well Darkeh, I'm here and at your disposal, but I realize I've been kinda slow as of late.
Hey, I'll try to think of suggestions, but I must say, most of Wazo's suggestions sound good. I'm a bit worried about starting the gathering right now though. It would go slow, due to the lack of activeness, wouldn't it?

I agree, gathering might be hard now. But we won't get any members if they don't see people posting, so I think we should start some one on ones just to keep things going

Perhaps some of the druids could meet some clanners, ex. a queen meets a queen, or a kit meets kit, or apprentice meets apprentice, something that could be likely, warriors exchanging friendly comments might not be so likely, but perhaps other situations will work

You know, it's funny, there are actually people who join completely dead sites. I am currently the leader(and only even relatively active member) of a forum called Warrior's Sky. Funny thing about it is, I go back to the forum every once in a while, and there's a new member who's posted an application. The site used to be so active, actually old members of TDC used to be the active members, then some of them stopped being active, and Dark left(I can't blame her at all), the other members got on less and less, and it eventually just died.

Though I'm not the most active member of this site, far from it, really, I don't want it to die like Warrior's Sky. There are so few active Warriors rp sites that you come across that are descent sites, or aren't so active that you can't join in..

Since I only have one character that I can actually use at this point, I'm gonna go redo an old appie from TDC, and post some more characters...and I'm free to rp one on one, too, if you don't mind waiting a day or so for a reply...

So, yeah, the gathering might not be the best idea at the moment, but we should start some one on one topics for the sake of roleplaying and staying active enough that new members join and are active, as Wazo said.

Here's the scoop on me:
I'm in a club called Destination Imagination (aka "DI"). It's a long story, but we have our Regionals not tomorrow, but a week from tomorrow. My team's not really ready yet, but I think we can be perfectly prepared by that time.

However, that means that I'm not gonna be on much next week (as this week was an example of). I have meetings everyday, plus homework.

But, after that, things should lighten up quite a bit.

I need suggestions really bad. I frankly don't know what to do to get this place up and running once more... One on ones are great ideas... BrookClan does need something, that's for sure. The biggest thing it needs is more cats! Only two or so of Wingedheart's kits have been taken, so those are up for grabs, and no one else seems the slightest bit interested in BrookClan...

Could someone look for members on Neopets? That's where I found Fawkes, and that's where Fawkes found Hawky. You'd be surprised who you can find on Neopets...

Just keep trying, guys. And don't give up!

I have a few ideas for BrookClan...
1. we definately need those kits to be taken so we have more warriors
2. continue the fight between BrookClan and the foxes
3. I think BrookClan needs to come once again face to face with the rest of the clans, either by admiting defeat and leaving only to wind up with the other clans, or the clans come visit, or I dunno, but it would help BrookClan not to be so isolated. I think BrookClan has alot of potential, and it would be especially interesting if they were brought back into the four clans with new warriors, etc. Plus the inevitable conflicts between the old brookclanners and the new clan

Make sure you are careful on neopets, its against the rules to directly advertise...

So yea, I'm always free for a one on one, especially with characters who don't get out much, morninglight, perhaps seabreeze with a clanner, sunstreak, lostmoon, maybe even wingedheart since she can't participate in the fight, although i dunno how anyone could talk with her, so just let me know if anyone wants to get to know one of my charries better
