You must use this form to post your Application.

Feel free to change the titles of each section, so long as we can tell what goes there. ie, "looks" would be okay for Appearance, but "all the trees in the forest" wouldn't, because it has nothing to do with Appearance.

Name: Read the rules when it comes to names.
Gender: Tom or She-cat?
Age: Make sure you know which age falls under which rank.
Clan: CherryClan, RavineClan, TealClan, the Druids, or BrookClan?
Rank: Depends on whether the cat belongs to a clan or the Druids. Read the information board.

Appearance: 8+ sentances minimum.
Strengths: List one or two things, then elaborate.
Weaknesses:List one or two things, then elaborate.

Personality: 8+ sentances minimum.
Likes: List at least five.
Dislikes: List at least five.

History: 8+ sentances minimum.
Other: Anything else you'd like us to know about this cat? Optional.
