Plot

The loners bringing it are spreading it like wildfire.
It's in the water.
Fresh kill.
Many will die.
And StarClan doesn't know what to do.

Plot
One deadly word- Rabies.
It's never been heard of before.
The loners bringing it are spreading it like wildfire.
It's in the water.
Fresh kill.
Many will die.
And StarClan doesn't know what to do.
A small band of loners have entered the forest, and are hellbent on taking it for themselves. The catch?
They are all infected with rabies.
As more and more clan cats are murdered and infected, it becomes clear that there is no cure. The loners' camp remains a mystery, making them formidable enemies. All the clans can do is look to their warrior ancestors for guidance...
But what if even StarClan doesn't know what to do?
Side Plots-
RubyClan's leader and deputy were both hit and killed by monsters on the Thunderpath, leaving the clan to decide for themselves who their next leader should be. Through a clan vote, a warrior was chosen, and he in turn chose a deputy. He has made the journey to the Moonstone and gained his nine lives, but despite this, some cats still believe he was the wrong choice.
SapphireClan's deputy has been killed by a loner with rabies, but the clan has also recieved the first living rabies victim; this along with an accident fills the medicine cat's den with patients, including the SapphireClan leader himself. But just when the medicine cat needs his apprentice most, has she fallen in a forbidden love?
An evil DiamondClan warrior has committed the highest treason- he has shoved his leader off a cliff, making her lose a life. However, as his leader believes he had been trying to save her, his evil dead has remained unknown. But even if his treachery is found and finished, does an equilvalent evil lurk in the heart of his apprentice?
EmeraldClan, cut off as it is from the other three clans by the Thunderpath, may be protected for now from the rabies; but an inner war of its own may be on the verge of breaking free. Some members fear that the clan's blood has become contaminated with out-of-clan lineage; loyalties are questioned, and talk of the clan separating into two groups has already begun...
